I hope you all had a lovely Easter and enjoyed the sunshine and some nice Easter treats. Welcome to our last school term! I hope you have settled in a bit to our different routine and you’re not too bored! I hope you are staying safe, but out and about in your yard or garden enjoying the sunshine. You could always take some of your work outside and enjoy the fine weather while you’re working. A little bit of time and patience now and hopefully, we might be able to move about a little more before too long. A very big thank you to all the parents who are helping you learn so much. This is some suggested work for this week. You don’t have to do it all but you might find some of it interesting. Recently, we remembered the anniversaries of the Easter Rising 1916 and the sinking of the Titanic in 1912. RTÉ Learn is on RTE 2 every morning from 11 a.m. There is a great new Irish school programme, Cúla 4 Ar Scoil on TG4 at 10 a.m. I’ll be in touch during the week with some tips on any tricky bits of work.
