One of the things I miss about this time of year is having time to escape from the textbooks for a while and learn about some other really interesting events which are happening in the world around us. This week, some of the work I’ve suggested does that. I understand that you might not always have access to the internet, so feel free to work on your textbooks and on RTÉ Learn and Cúla 4 Ar scoil, but I hope you might look up the material on Yeats and on the Summer Solstice at Lough Gur some time, even during the holidays.
